Introduction:

Maisha Orchards is a Cahew and kokum tree plantation project.

It is located on the sawant Wadi and Goa border. Sawantwadi is just 24 km away from Maisha and Goa , Mapusa is just 38 Km away.

Maisha is a paradise on earth , surrounded on three sides by evergreen mountains and one side flows River Maisha, which has water 12 months around.

In Maisha Orchards you have your plot with 50 Cashew trees and 25 Kokum trees.

If you want you can ask us to build your Farm Cottage in your plot too ;amidst the greenery. The bungalow designs are already planned and sanctioned .

The plants will be maintained by the company and will have drip irrigation system. Also the plot will be demarcated and will Have access road, Electrical point and Water point . And in case if you construct your Cottage a water point will also be provided at a nominal cost.

The whole area is developed as an Agricultural Township. The one of its type in the world.

The crops on each plot will start bearing Fruits from 6 th year onwards. A thorough tracking system of crop harvest and individual plot collection is monitored using the state of art Technology so no human error is possible.

The whole area is cordoned off to outsiders and only Plot owners are allowed inside the plot.

The area is safe guarded using High Fences and electronic surveillance in addition to armed Guards and watch Dogs.

Your plots will be maintained by the maintenance company and the yield will be split 50:50 according to the owner: cultivator agreement.

Each tree will bear around 10 kg of Quality Cashew nuts and 40 Kg of Kokum.

On an average the total cashew kernels collected will be 500 kgs and Kokum of around 1000 kg.
