Service road going up to the plot where you can drive your Car up to your plot.The plot will have a water supply connection and the electrical supply connection.

You can also have your own Farm Cottage if you so desire to construct .It will conform to the Village design and the layout will be sanctioned by the required authority.

The Farm Cottage design will be pre approved in case you decide to build your dream home here.The Cottage built will follow the designed architecture so as the villages design and beauty is maintained.
